I like how it turned out cute, yet seems very aware of it’s surroundings and confident.
The little yellow aura around him makes him look even more confident, I am very happy with it. The bird is painted with a light brushwork to build up delicate feathers, finished with a cartoonish outline to make it pop and a little touch of gold paint. Also, the background is discret yet full of movement!
The sides of the canvas are painted black, it make the piece feel luxurious and polished – especially with the little touch of gold.
